Project Leap Year was developed for Garrigan Lyman using Papervision3D as a fun, interactive way to let users answer the question "What would you do with your Leap Day?" Users can place pins on the 3-dimensional globe to leave comments. The globe can be rotated 360 degrees, and an elevation control allows users to hover closer or further away from the surface.
